Easy access for honeymooners with luggage. After a long flight, the last thing newlyweds want is dragging suitcases through narrow medina alleys. Riad Vendôme solves this: we are in the Dar El Bacha district, 100 metres from the Dar El Bacha Palace and 100 metres from Bab Doukkala, the northern medina gate, where every Marrakech taxi drops guests. A flat 3-minute pedestrian walk takes you to the riad — no stairs, no porter needed.

When is the best time of year for a honeymoon in Marrakech?
October to May, and inside that window the two sweet spots are March to May and October to November: 22 to 28°C by day, warm enough for the pool, cool enough to walk the medina at midday. January and February are the quietest and the cheapest, with 18°C in the afternoon and around 6°C at night — the hot and cold air conditioning works as heating, and the rooftop jacuzzi at 36°C is at its best then. July and August reach 32 to 42°C: the pool becomes essential and the outings move to early morning and late afternoon. Is a two-night honeymoon in Marrakech long enough?
It works, but it fixes the order for you. Two nights means one full day, so the day of arrival is the pool, the rooftop and dinner in the patio, and the single full day is the hammam and the one-hour duo massage at €84 for the pair, then the souks in the late afternoon. The hammam still goes on day two, not on arrival day — that rule does not bend for a short stay, it matters more. What does not fit in two nights is the desert: Agafay needs an overnight and Merzouga is 8 to 9 hours of road each way. Three nights is where a honeymoon stops feeling rushed.
