The dinner at the riad : the vraie Moroccan cuisine
On request (the day before), our chef prepares a dinner Moroccan authentic :
Tagine : poulet-citron-olives, agneau-pruneaux, kefta… Couscous of the Friday : 7 vegetables, agneau, merguez. Pastilla : flaky pastry poulet-amandes (at partager). Grillades : brochettes, cotelettes lamb. The dinner is served in the patio for chandelles or on the rooftop terrace with Koutoubia views.
