The Gnaoua musicians (traditional Moroccan music, UNESCO-listed) are emblematic of Marrakech. Their hypnotic rhythms get everyone dancing, even the shyest. 1 month before — Collect flight times for each guest (for transfers). Finalise the gala dinner menu. Confirm desired decoration. Settle the booking balance.

1 week before — Send a practical memo to guests: riad address, Eric's WhatsApp number, dress tips, currency/tipping, weather. Eric provides a template document to share.
