This is not a resort or charter all-inclusive: it is the house's half board, plus the excursions and the spa. Lunch, drinks and flights are not included.

The spa at the riad
The hammam is included in the stay, and it is private: as a couple, you have it to yourselves. Wear your swimsuit; towels and products are provided. The one-hour massage is chosen to suit you, and couples are treated at the same time. Every session gives access to the patio pool and the jacuzzi heated to 36°C. Are flights included in the all-inclusive spa package?

How many hammams and massages for 4, 5 or 7 nights?
4 nights: 1 session of private hammam and one-hour massage. 5 nights: 2 sessions. 7 nights: 3 sessions. Every session also includes the pool and the jacuzzi.
Is the hammam private or shared?
Private: as a couple, you have the hammam to yourselves. Wear your swimsuit; towels and products are provided.
Can I choose the type of massage?

Are the pool and the jacuzzi open every day?
The patio pool, which is not heated, is open every day to riad guests. The jacuzzi heated to 36°C is included with every spa session; outside the sessions, it is €14 for 2 people or €20 for 4, per session, for riad guests.
Can couples be treated together, at the same time?

Are drinks and lunch included?
No. Lunch is à la carte at the riad or out, and drinks are paid for separately, apart from breakfast; there is a house bar, and corkage is €15 per bottle if you bring your own. The return airport transfer is included; flights are not.
What is the difference with a spa day package?
A spa day package includes no night and no meals: hammam + massage from €49 per person (see the spa packages). The all-inclusive package with spa adds the room, breakfast, dinners, the transfer and, from 5 nights, the excursions.
Can I add an evening or a stay in Agafay?

What are the cancellation terms?
Cancellation is free up to 14 days before arrival. A 30% deposit confirms the booking and the balance is paid on arrival.
